On November 13th 2011, Mekong Superland International English Language Center has organized its second episode of ESC with an interesting and meaningful topic related to the Vietnamese’s Teacher Day. A great number of students coming from various types of school in Can Tho city took part in the event. With the presence of Mr. Daniel (native speaker) and Mr. Thang (keynote organizer), the show was really successful.
There were lots of exciting activities to help students speak English together, especially with our foreign teacher. First, ESC goers played a small game together called ‘Guessing game”. Second, students discussed some interesting questions from the guide. More interestingly, some students had a good chance to tell their own funny stories. Also, some students made good tries by singing some Vietnamese songs which were a lot of fun. After the show, all ESC members took some great photos (as can be seen below) with teachers and staff at MSL.
The next show of ESC will feature an amazing ‘Dating Night’ which will be held around Christmas Day this December. Welcome all students to register at the reception of MSL for a chance to find your ‘second half’.
